This page explains what we collect on the waitlist form, why, what leaves your browser, and how to ask us to remove your information. There is no consent banner on this site — we disclose what is loaded and why, rather than gate the page behind a prompt.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we store the fields you fill in:
- Name
- Work email
- Company
- Title
- Which side you're on — buyer or seller
- Model
- Max throughput
- Latency
- Contract duration
- Notes (whatever you write in the free-text field)
We also record two things automatically, not supplied by you: the time you submitted the form, and which launch phase your submission was made in.
How we use it
We use what you submit only to respond to your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with counterparties.
The bot check — a third-party transfer
When you start filling in the waitlist form, the page loads Google's reCAPTCHA Enterprise script to confirm the submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. That script sends your IP address, browser user agent, and interaction signals to Google, and stores a value in your browser. This happens only on your first interaction with the form — never when you simply visit or read the page, and never before you touch the form.
What this site does not do
This site itself sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no tracking pixel, no tag manager, and no advertising identifier. The only browser-storage side effect on this page is the one reCAPTCHA sets, described above.
Asking for your data to be removed
Email privacy@inferencexchange.com to ask us to delete your submission. We will look up your row by the email address you submitted, delete it from our database, and reply to confirm once it's done.
